Step 1: Free Strategy Consultation

During your free consultation, we typically discuss the layout of your property, revenue projections, any initial questions you might have and the terms of our contract.

Step 2: Become a Client

We will walkthrough the property together, calculate the initial onboarding cost, complete a "Furnishing & Product Report", & determine a launch date for your mid-term rental.

Step 3: Staging Begins

We will populate an updated contract with our management proposal & Onboarding Fee. Once both parties have signed and the initial Onboarding Fee has been paid, we will begin setting up your property online and in person.

Step 4: Launch

Once the property has been furnished, staged & all administrative tools are in place, your short-term rental goes live and our partnership begins!
